603Healthcare is pleased to announce the newest member of our leadership team. Chrystal Locke, NHA has joined us as the Administrator for Mineral Springs Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center in North Conway, NH. Chrystal has over fifteen (15) years of Executive Leadership in Healthcare Management and brings a wealth of experience & compassion to our organization and to the greater North Conway community at large. 

As a native and longtime resident of the Lakes Region and surrounding North Country, Chrystal shares a deep understanding and commitment to meeting the needs of our local seniors and has served in various paid and volunteer roles in helping to support the community. Chrystal is a true New Hampshire native with a love of the outdoors to include camping and gardening. When she is not helping her community, she enjoys spending quiet time with her family and friends. 

We are truly excited to welcome Chrystal Locke as a permanent and formidable member of our leadership team, and we look forward to seeing her blossom in her new role as both a seasoned Administrator and community steward supporting the needs of our elders. 

Admissions Director

In April 2024, Morgan joined the team following her graduation from Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island. During her time as a student-athlete at Salve Regina University, Morgan obtained both a Bachelor and Master of Science in Healthcare Administration, and competed at the NCAA Division III level as a member of the Salve Regina University Women's Basketball team. Prior to accepting this position, Morgan completed an Administrative internship with Accura Healthcare and was most recently the Member Support Intern for the Health Sector Coordinating Council Cybersecurity Working Group. The completion of these internships allowed her to enhance her tele-collaboration strategies while learning to foster resident-provider and organization-manufacturer relationships. Morgan also has developed a strong passion for working with rural communities and understands the social and economic challenges such communities face after having been born and raised in a rural community herself back in Southwest Iowa.

Director of Nursing

I’ve spent most of my life in Northern New Hampshire, working as a nurse and dedicating over 30 years to Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital in various roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Patient Experience Officer.  Living in Conway, NH now,  I am excited to bring my clinical expertise and leadership experience to the world of long-term care. With a strong background in both patient care and management, I’m passionate about improving the healthcare experience and making a meaningful impact in my community.

With decades of experience in healthcare, I’ve had the privilege of leading teams and driving growth leading up to my recent role as Vice President of Provider & Diagnostic Services at Huggins Hospital. I’m all about building strong, collaborative partnerships that bring real value to the table. Whether it’s recruiting top-tier providers, navigating regulatory landscapes, or creating innovative programs, I’m passionate about finding solutions that put patients first. I thrive on helping organizations grow and succeed by focusing on both the big picture and the details, ensuring that everything runs smoothly while delivering high-quality care.

Nurse Practitioner

I am a Registered Nurse with 33 years of experience and hold the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) credential as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC). I have a Master’s in Nursing and bring a wealth of clinical knowledge and leadership experience.

My recent role as an APRN provider includes an internal medicine practice at Laconia Clinic for 4 years.   I worked as a nurse practitioner at a drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility for over a year, that allowed me to deepen my expertise in addiction medicine. I have also had the privilege of developing and implementing the Discharge Coordinator program at Huggins Hospital while managing full-time graduate studies. Additionally, I designed and led the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab programs at Huggins Hospital for 13 years.

My clinical experience spans over 30 years across various hospital settings, including roles as a house supervisor, ICU nurse, geriatric nurse, and telemedicine nurse, giving me a comprehensive understanding of patient care in both acute and rehabilitation settings.

My goal is to ensure that each resident receives the highest level of care, and I am committed to doing my part in supporting their well-being and helping them maintain their best possible quality of life. It is incredibly rewarding to contribute to their care in a meaningful way, and I strive to be a compassionate and effective advocate for each individual.

Nurse Manager

I come from a large family of 10 children, second to the youngest. Attended high school at Fryeburg Academy.  After school went in to college for Lab technician but life took me into Nursing and I became a CNA and then furthered my nursing in Clarmont New Hampshire, graduating in 1993. I shortly began Nursing in Acute Long Term.  I have been a nurse manager, skilled care manager, and clinical coordinator for most of my 31 years of nursing. I did work at Bridgton Hospital for a year but due to shift availability and working the night shift I did not stay. Also worked for 2 years in the VA system but found that it was very repetitive and not as personable as in my real passion as in the Nursing Home. I have been certified in Wounds, IVs,and  BLS. 

MDS Coordinator 

Being a caregiver has always been a part of my nature.  Early in my career, I worked as a personal care assistant and a nurse’s aide. When graduating college with a BS in Nursing and Minor in Biology, I was employed at Maine Medical Center and transitioned from the medical-surgical and geriatrics units to the cardiothoracic surgery unit where I learned from the very best and most experienced nurses. 

In 2012, I traveled to Hawaii to provide nursing care in various hospitals prior to returning to Maine to work at York Hospital in York, Maine. I then transitioned to case management at Southern Maine Health Care in Biddeford, Maine where my specialty was facilitating transitions to long term care. I also gained experience as a director of medical services for a residential care agency and as a hospice nurse prior to finding my calling here at Mineral Springs as the MDS Coordinator.  

North Conway feels like home to me for many reasons.  There were childhood trips to StoryLand, visits with family in Schouler Park, and outings for lunch as the halfway point to my fathers in Littleton NH.  Most importantly, Mount Washington Valley has been the home of my husband’s family for generations past and present.  I am invested in caring for this community and consider those who live here family. 

Director of Rehab

Alan graduated from the University of New England in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science in occupational therapy. He earned his Master of Science in Business from Husson College in 1999. He began his role as Director of Rehabilitation Services with Genesis Health Care at Mineral Springs in 2015. Areas of clinical interest are; mental health, traumatic brain injury, acute rehab and geriatrics.  Alan enjoys being involved in professional and community organizations, has been a long time Rotarian. He also enjoys golfing, hiking, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snowshoeing and traveling. 

Physical Therapist Assistant

Michael is a 2018 graduate of the University of Maine at Presque Isle where he earned his Physical Therapist Assistant Degree. He also has 5+ years of experience as a Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Michael likes to make therapy fun for the residents.

Director of Human Resources

For over 35 years, I've been passionate about all things HR. It's not just a job for me; it's a calling. I truly believe in the power of a positive work environment and the impact it has on both individuals and organizations. My career has given me the opportunity to dive deep into every aspect of HR, from the nitty-gritty of payroll and benefits to the bigger picture of organizational development and employee engagement. I love the challenge of finding the right person for the right role, ensuring compliance, and helping employees navigate the complexities of benefits. But what I love most is connecting with people, building relationships, and creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and respected. I've had the privilege of leading HR departments, developing and implementing policies, and working closely with both management and employees. I'm a graduate of Oxford Hill High School and University of Southern Maine.  I'm always learning and growing in this dynamic field. I'm excited to bring my experience and passion to Mineral Springs.

Destinyann Tozier is the Account Manager at Mineral Springs, where she oversees the housekeeping and laundry department. With 11 years of experience in healthcare, she is passionate about contributing to the well-being of others and ensuring that operations run efficiently. Destinyann takes pride in being part of a team that positively impacts the lives of those they serve.
